All classes are tailor-made to suit your family's needs. Choose from: Yin yoga, Chair yoga, Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga, Hatha yoga and Active/seated meditation Mum, mum-to-be, child and disability friendly.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full treatment price for late cancellation (within 12hrs of the start time of the treatment) If you have booked and paid for your appointment and cancelled within 24hrs 50% will be taken from your appointment total. Contact 07931 384 242 to receive this amount back.
